Who is responsible
This website is operated by IT Meadows (enterprise number BE0741997342), based in Zottegem, Belgium.
What is collected
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your company name, and your message. Nothing else is asked for.
Why
Your details are used only to read and reply to your enquiry, and to continue that conversation if you wish. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or used for newsletters. To reach IT Meadows, your message is delivered by email through a mail provider that processes it only for that purpose.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party trackers. Fonts are served from this website itself. To keep spam out, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile: Cloudflare briefly checks technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address, to tell people from bots, and does not use them for advertising or tracking.
Technical logs
Like most websites, the hosting environment may briefly process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the contact form against abuse.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent, or object to its use. Simply mention it in a reply to any message from IT Meadows, or through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
